The "Valencia Parc Tecnològic" Urban Conservation Entity (ECVPT) was created in 1993 as the official Manager of the planning and development estate "Valencia Parc Tecnològic", one of the core elements of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencia Regional Government) industrial policy to encourage industrial diversification in the Valencia Region, promoting new technologies and supporting R & D initiatives in the region.

At present, the Technological Park has more than 600 established companies represented by 152 members (plot owners) that constitute the VPT Conservation Committee.

As managing body, the main activity of the Conservation Entity is the maintenance and conservation of the Park and it plays a cohesion and interaction role for the whole of its businesses, going from the generation of permanent information flows and communication spaces to catalyzing activities (conferences, lectures and forums, business breakfast events, meetings with associations, national and international tours, recreational initiatives, etc.) that contribute to consolidate VPT as a benchmark business environment.

The Government and the administration of the Entity are entrusted to two governing bodies: the General Assembly and the Governing Board.

The members of the Entity meeting in duly convened Assembly, make up the highest deliberative and decision-making body in matters of its exclusive competence. However, the Urban Conservation Entity is governed and administered by a Governing Board consisting of 10 members and invested with the widest powers to rule the Entity, and are empowered to carry out all types of acts of administration, management and even provision within the framework established in the Law and the Statutes.

Among the services it provides, it should be noted:

  • Administration of the estate
  • Private Security 24 hours and 365 days a year
  • Conservation and repair of damage to common elements: roads and green areas
  • Dissemination of contact and services details of the company on the website of the technology park
  • Public transportation
  • Telecommunication infrastructure
  • Post Office
  • Mediation in disputes between companies
