Paterna City Council will aim for the aid for the modernization and improvement of the industrial estates announced yesterday by the Regional Area of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor.

  • Paterna is ready to transfer the improvements of its 5 industrial parks to the Area of Economy.
  • Hydrants, accessibility and mobility will be the destination of these regional aids

This has been advanced today by the Mayor of Paterna, Juan Antonio Sagredo, who has positively valued this line of regional grants that will allow Paterna to optimize the competitiveness of its 5 industrial areas, improve its services and infrastructure and strengthen the city as strategic location in industry 4.0.

In this regard, Sagredo has highlighted that, among other things, the Executive will use these grants to build a second tunnel between the two phases of the Fuente del Jarro industrial estate, “a necessary infrastructure that will improve accessibility and security in this area and will avoid the problems of bottleneck that occur in the second phase of the polygon ".

EThe Mayor also recalled that, despite being one of the cities with the largest industrial área in the Valencian Community, "until now Paterna has never received any help for its estates". And in this sense, he stressed that "is the firm bet of the consistory, through the Association Paterna City of Business and the Municipal Strategy for Economic Development, what is managing to promote, modernize, energize and improve the competitiveness of our parks business and industrial areas ”.

“We are the only Spanish city that is signing agreements, with economic endowment, with all its industrial estates," said Sagredo in reference to the collaboration agreements that the consistory is signing with each of the associations and management entities of the different parks companies to improve and modernize these areas.
