On November 20, 2019, the Congress of Industrial Areas of the Valencian Community will take place in València Parc Tecnològic (Paterna), in which speakers from all over the Spanish state will participate, exposing good practices on the comprehensive management of business areas.
This initiative is the result of the nominative line approved by all the political formations participating in the Industry Commission of the Valencian Corts, and approved in the 2020 budgets of the Generalitat Valenciana, which aims to enable the development and implementation of the essential works to facilitate the optimal implementation of Law 14/2018, on the management, modernization and promotion of the industrial areas of the Valencian Community.
In this sense, the congress is part of the recent approval of Law 14/2018 on the management, modernization and promotion of the industrial areas of the Valencian Community, and aims to promote a quality culture in the management of industrial areas, as well as encourage the creation of management and modernization entities (hereinafter, EGM) in the business parks of the Valencian Community, both by the managers themselves, and especially by the local public administrations.
