How to enter the market?
The FPCUV gives a conference on patents, industrial secrecy, market research and financing to boost the businesses of SMEs and entrepreneurs
Making the SME and entrepreneur business effective requires attending to four basic aspects at the beginning: the protection of innovation until obtaining credit, the treatment of industrial secrecy, the execution of feasibility studies and obtaining public-private financing.
In order for the FPCUV business network to have these tools, next Tuesday, July 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a multidisciplinary conference with experts in these four areas has been organized. It will be held in the Scientific Park. To attend this free training you only need free registration here.
Firstly, the director of Technology Transparency and the PONS IP office in Valencia, Rafael López, will explain how to protect assets through a patent. He will especially rely on his experience as an entrepreneur and patent technician in the biotechnology, chemistry and pharma areas.
The director of Legal Consulting in R + D + i, Amaya Mallea, will address the protocols for the generation of professional secrets. These mechanisms are essential both for the entry of third-party capital as for the sale or defense against an infringement claim.
Minimize risks
Likewise, the Business Development Manager in the area of Technology Transfer, Álvaro Díez, will give advise on how market studies can ensure the viability of the project and minimize risks.
Finally, the director of the Innovation Consulting area, Ana Gómez, will detail the public-private financing channels. She has more than 14 years of experience in bid preparation and project management with external financing in the field of R&D.
