The city of Paterna has been present at the International Logistics Fair that was held in Barcelona from June 5 to 7 to publicize the logistics potential of the town and the development possibilities for companies seeking to settle in the Valencian Community.
The mayor of Paterna, and president of "Paterna, City of Business", Juan Antonio Sagredo, has presented at the fair the competitive advantages that Paterna has both at the location level, with a complete communications network, and at the level of technological infrastructures, training, business services or tax incentives.
In addition, Sagredo has taken advantage of the participation of the city in this fair to underline the firm commitment of its Government Team to empower the city as a strategic location in the business and logistics field, "promoting an industry 4.0 and extending the concept of Smart City to our 5 industrial areas ”.
Along these lines, the Mayor pointed out that the municipal strategy for economic promotion "is achieving excellent results, such as the recent implementation of Amazon and the installation of logistics service companies in the Tactical area".
During his visit to the International Logistics Exhibition, Sagredo also met with the President of the Valencian Community, Ximo Puig, who shared his interest in the offer of warehouses and industrial land in Paterna, one of the main industrial sites in the Community.
As the Mayor has defended, "in Paterna we have 5.5 million m2 of industrial land of which more than 1.5 million are still available, making the municipality a business location at the highest European level."/p>
